HI. My fiance and i havent started yet the K1 visa process but i have doubts about a couple of things, maybe you can help me out giving me opinions:

1. My fiance and i have met twice in 4 months, the first time in "neutral ground" and once in my country, from now on, where it's best to meet?

2. He has always called me using phone cards, is there a way we can get a record of the calls he gives me?

3. Would it be an issue that he's 15 yrs older than me and not born in the states?

4. About the photos to be brought to the interview, i was wondering if anyone had presented pics where you were kissing or cuddling in bed, don't know if the consulate would see that as too obvious or something...

5. Does it help if the petitioner goes to the interview too?

Wow, my head's spinning already with all i'm thinking about, i hope you can help me out.

Thanks a lot and sorry for this long post :)

1. Either. But there will possibly be less hassle visiting abroad once a petition has been filed. There is always the chance of being denied entry at US POE.

2. Difficult to show as its not like a bill where numbers are recorded. We are in same position as many here are on VJ.

3. No......and No unless he is not a USC or naturalized.

4. I would include them, but thats me :P

5. Some embassies request that both are there but mostly it is just the one applying for the visa. Some embassies will allow the fiance/spouse to be present and some don't. You would need to check on the individual embassy. As to whether it can help or not. Maybe, maybe not. I have read of cases where it has possibly been a hindrance and caused issues.....other times when it has helped having the fiance/spouse present.

Thanks a lot and sorry for this long post :)

1) Doesn't really matter, just like Aussiewench said there could be some problems getting into the US during the filing process but it isn't forbidden :)

2) I dunno about that one, I was under the impression other people weren't able to use phone cards but I really don't know!

3) I don't see why, it hasn't really been an issue for many other people. As long as you can prove a valid relationship you should be fine, but I don't know much about how interviews go in your home country :)

4) Hey, it's what normal couples do isn't it? Any photo can seem or be posed, so just bring what pictures you have and want to share :) If you feel worried you can always bring some pictures of things other than that like you guys out somewhere or with friends/family if you have any.

5) As far as I know they aren't required to go (but I don't know for sure for El Salvador, I always leave open the possibility I could be wrong;)) If I were you I would go over to the Embassy forum to checkout the experiences of other people from your home country.
