Evidence for Affidavit of Support - K1 Visa London

Just wanted some advice, my fiance and I have prepared all of our documents for the interview and wanted to check we are covered for evidence for the I134. We have a co-sponsor for our case as we have both been students for the past couple of years, and the co-sponsor makes plenty over the poverty guidelines. They've provided their most recent IRS tax transcripts, W2 and last 3 pay slips, but would rather not ask their boss for an employer letter.

Will the above evidence be good enough for London, or do I need to push strongly for him to ask his boss for the letter?

You will be fine. This is enough evidence. At my interview in London, she asked me how much the sponsor is making and didn't even properly look at the documents. So, I am sure your's will be sufficient.
