Checklist for residency dates overlap?

I submitted my wife's DS-260 a week ago and we sent off the AOS and IV packages last week. Even though I thought we went over every document thoroughly, when I went back and checked her DS-260, I noticed a typo when listing her residency locations since 16 (in my defense, my wife moved around ALOT since she turned 16--she had 15 addresses total that we had to account for). The error was:

Previous Address (11)

From: October 1999

To: July 2000

Previous Address (10)

From: June 2000

To: June 2001

As you can see, I should have put "To: June 2000" for address 11, but put July instead. (I had sat down with my wife on a Saturday afternoon to go over her timeline and she was having trouble getting all the dates and places straight, and I must have copied it wrong from an early worksheet). Anyways, I've seen a number of references to people receiving checklists from NVC because of a GAP of more than a month between residency dates, but technically, there's not a gap but an overlap. Has anyone received or known about anyone receiving a checklist for an overlap of 1 month over 15 years ago?

The oversight is on me and if we get a checklist, so be it---but since we'll probably have 30-40 days before it arrives, I just wanted to prepare for it. I know you can't edit a DS-260 once it's submitted, but could I call the NVC and ask them to correct it? Or will that possibly also create a delay for something that they may have let pass? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!

You can submit a new one. I've done it before , but you will get a new Code/Number/confirmation page ... bring it along with you to the interview.

I called NVC yesterday and was told that they can't edit or make any changes to the DS-260 unless its a 'major' error, and was told that I can't submit a new, updated DS-260. He said that we'd be notified if they require a correction or updated information.

Has anyone experienced or read about receiving a checklist when the dates overlap, as opposed to creating a gap, in the residency timeline?

I have not .... but in your case, if they said you can't create a new one (although I've done it with no problems ... maybe because I submitted a new one within 2 days of the original), then there is nothing you can do but wait until the interview and then if the embassy official questions you about it, you can explain then .... but I would not mention it unless asked about it. I think it is non-trivial and a minor mistake. something I'm sure they can correct on their end once you interview if they want.
