Hi Everyone,

On December 31, 2015 I mailed out my K-1 Petition with ALL forms including our Bio Forms G-325A for both Myself and for my Fiancée (Dominican Republic). My Fiancée was working for the same employer for 10 years unfortunately his contract expired on January 15, 2016 and decided not to renew it. He recently signed a one year contract with another employer which offered him more money. My question is how do I revise or update his employment information?? Do I Have him Fill out another Bio form updating his employment? Or Does he write a letter stating he has a New Employer? Should I call?? Do I wait to get approved Or REF first??

honestly, I dont think it would be an issue. as long as you entered Current information and that was the TRUTH at the time of filing, it shouldn't be a problem. It expired after you filed the petition and he was currently employed so you answered and entered everything correctly and truthfully as far as i know. If questions regarding his employment arise in the near future, just provide documentation. Again, jobs are not written in stone and things can change very quickly. Don't stress.

my sincere opinion but someone can chime in and give some expert input.

good luck.

Just update it on the DS-160. Just curious though, is your fiance planning on completing the 1 year contract before he enters USA?
