I -130 Petition evidence questions, China

I am preparing my packet for petitioning my soon to be wife from China. We are getting married in China in February. I have been getting papers together here as much as I can ahead of time, Is filing the petition the week I return home a problem? We are both in our 50's and want start the process as soon as we can. It looks like I will have about 125 pages of Skype and QQ logs , each page has 9 screen shots of chats and call times from when we met till I return. This is trimmed down from around 200 pages. We will also include family pictures, picture of us together traveling, wedding pictures, airline tickets, So I'm guessing with everything, including petition , photo copies of passport, birth and divorce cirts and other required papers it will be about 175 pages. I have read all kinds of advice hear. Can anyone comment who may have had a similar size packet. Or anyone who might like to comment. I heard that to much might be a problem like to little would be. Thanks for comments.

It seems like too much, but I am not very familiar with the specific consulate you will be going through.

If you fill in your profile and add the China to your profile, it is easier for others from the same country to find you and your posts. For now, I have added the country to the subject of this post.

^{Thanks for the advice, I put country on profile. Does anybody have comment on how many pages is to many for the petition? Also when using the 2 hole at the top of pages like someone suggested on here when assembling the petition can you put holes in all the pages?}

There really is no set number of too many or too little pages, it's all in the eye of the beholder. What you want to focus on is evidence of time spent together in-person, that's your best evidence. As for the chats, emails, etc. select a few that span the course of your relationship that you feel make the most compelling case.

FWIW, the file I sent when I filed was approximately 3.5cm thick.

Did you use the 2 hole and the acco fasteners ? I thought I read some where that was the best way to keep all papers together. If so do can you do that to all papers and petition?

Though we did the K1 visa, we also went through the Guangzhou consulate. We have successfully used ACCO-type fasteners throughout our entire immigration journey, and is specifically mentioned in this USCIS link: https://www.uscis.gov/forms/forms-and-fees/general-tips-assembling-applications-mailing

No, I only used binder clips and paperclips as appropriate.

Ok thank you, I was hoping to be able to use these ACCO - fasteners. Just wasn't sure about putting the 2 holes through everything was ok... Going to try and cut in down a little more. If I send in just my Birth certificate that will save some pages over every page in passport. That didn't make sense to copy every page including the blank pages of passport anyway. Thanks for the feed back.
