06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

In the US on a national scale at the current moment she is the most electable candidate out there on either side. She attracts a large chunk of the moderate vote and that is what is going to win this election. There aren't any Republican candidates that do and neither does Sanders. (sorry Val)

you have nothing but 7-11 tuna between molded rye in your future.

I don't believe it is criminal nonsense. It looks like she has committed a crime. This doesn't mean she will ever be convicted for it, since Bush wasn't and his crime was far more severe than hers.

Newfound respect for Bernie being against capital punishment. I find state-sanctioned killing of people except during wartime utterly reprehensible. I also love the fact his net worth is one that many middle classers have achieved, even if we go with a figure twice as high (which I've seen).

I truly think Hillary is in this for status. So is Trump. they want it as a feather in their cap. I don't believe either of them really care about the people they claim to care about. For them this is power, an accolade, a memoir.

i mean criminal nonsense as in, elites don't pay for their crimes. ever.

not to be too cynical but we have to stop acting like any politician cares about us. we have to only pay attention to the policies they're bringing to the table.

Boo-hoo! Maybe if you could see beyond the end of your nose, you might be able imagine the benefits of not anchoring loads of debt around the necks of graduating students. Also, new Americams who graduate overseas, why is it fair that they don't start off with student loans, while Americans do? I have seen lots of people complain about US companies who like to import computer programmers from countries like India, so they can pay them less.

Maybe if the people that created this whole problem to start with could see beyond the end of their nose, they wouldn't have created a system that gives out loans upon loans to anyone who wants them and raises prices to only make it less affordable. It's not rocket science - supply and demand. Making it more affordable for everyone means prices go up. I'm not saying it should not be affordable, I'm just saying there were way better ways to do this.

I feel like Rubio has the most to gain really. It's hard to see much of the "moderate" support going to Trump or Cruz.

Rubio talks a good talk but I would not consider him a moderate. His views on most issues are not that different than Cruz. If anything out of the three Trump is the most moderate in some ways(healthcare, abortions etc) which is why some hard core conservatives such a Glenn Beck for instance consider him a progressive liberal. I think that's part of the reason he gets the support that he does(On top of being not PC and speaking his mind which are the obvious reasons we all know) - most people find it hard to get behind Cruz and Rubio for some of their stances. Not to mention the fact I don't like Rubio's voting record(or lack thereof). However I don't like Trump - I don't really think he's such a good businessman at all - the amount of money he received from his dad all he had to do with it is put it in an ETF and twiddle his thumbs instead of dealing with properties and he would have made almost as much money. I think he sticks his foot in his mouth too much and I think he's a tyrant. So that leaves me with Cruz, Clinton and Sanders. Of the 3 I'll take Cruz. There are no real moderate candidates at the end of the day for moderates like me to vote for so it boils down to the center-right leaning moderates going for any GOP candidate and the left leaning ones going for any Democratic candidate.

Ah. Yes, for all intents and purposes they do not. At least the emails are not helping her campaign, even if she will never go to prison for this and the odds of even getting an indictment are not high. Worst case for her there is some plea bargain and that's that.

Good luck!

I don't think Rubio is a moderate either. I think the moderates have crashed and burned already. I think if their support goes to any of the big three ( and that's a big if already), it will favor Rubio.

Why would they? Boomers only cared about the short term. Anything to cut taxes, and live off someone else's hard work.

Bernie had more hair when that photo was taken.

But I digress.

Trump is promising to get black people jobs. Did Obama do that, during the first campaign?

If you don't like Obama or Hillary you are either Racist or sexist. It's that simple in the VJ parallel universe

Sure !

He's promising to kick out all of the illegal aliens and overstays,

so that folk who want to climb that ladder to upward mobility

can at least get on the lowest rungs.

It's sweet !

Why would I follow a false male? Yes, I include Obama with this label.
