I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Yes this it what I was asking if she was mentioned. You were supposed to mention her even if she wasn't coming at the time. Now they will ask how is it you have a child that appeared out of no where . Expect the DNA test,

My daughter's name was never declared on the I-129F. That's the reason my attorney told me I will be required for a DNA test.

Well they will want to know why. The question on the form asks the petitioner to list all of the children of their fiancé. Regardless of whether they are coming or not, your children need to be listed on the form. They are now going to think your fiancée didn't even know about the existence of this child.

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

My daughter was not declared during my petition because my parents and my sister were taking care of my daughter and they won't let her immigrate with me (especially my parents}. Now both my parent are deceased and I can't leave her there anymore. I have went home and I have seen her, she was very happy to see me. According to her she love her school and her friends, but I can't leave her there any more. Yes that's the reason the attorney said I will be required for a DNA test.

Omission can very well be considered a misrepresentation.

Hello everyone, thank you so much for all your advice. My daughter's petition was approved after sending in more evidence to the USCIS and her case was forwarded to the NVC last month. I have paid both the AOS and the Visa application fees and getting ready to mail the supporting document to the NVC. I will keep you all posted. Thank you.
