For joint sponsor include last 3 years of 1040 if filed . Everything else looks great. Make sure to use paper clips ( no staples) put the checks first above all paperwork . Print out e-Notification sheet (faster contact) found at uscis website. Put that right behind the checks. Then continue with each petition paper clipped with its own supporting documents. Make it neat not confusing. :) good luck buddy.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Thank you for your reply.

My husband does only have the one for last year.

My roommate who is the joint sponsor and main sponsor gave me jsut one. Should I hask him for the other years too?
