My wife has an interview feb. 22, 2016. she's going for her medical exam on feb. 1, 2016. When she passes her medical, will she be given the results in a sealed envelope. If not, what proof will there be that she had a medical. From what I understand, the mail system isn't that great or trusting. I don't know. Just so you know, shes not scamming me. she works and is paying for the medical herself. we been married for 1.5 years and i've known her for 3 years. I've visited her 9 times so far. thanks for your help

I doubt anyone would think you are being scammed because you wife is completing a medical and you are not sure of "proof".

As for the medical at SLEC; it is normally a two day process, the medical file is usually handed to the visa applicant to be hand carried to the embassy, a digital file also exists. In some cases the medical file is delivered to the embassy - not by PhilPost.

The embassy instructions letter has all the details and requirements.

After the medical exam she will be given the packet to hand carry to her interview. Now, sometimes SLEC will deliver it (we have never been able to determine why some are given to the individual and others are delivered to USEM by SLEC) directly to USEM, but they use a private currier and not PhilPost.
