Seattle -- Yes, Same-Day Oath Is Offered [split topic]

Hello All,

My wife has her interview appointment scheduled for 9:00am in early October in Seattle. Does anyone know or have any experiences with the ceremony/interview in Seattle? Do they offer the oath ceremony in Seattle after citizenship interviews?

Yes, they now do same day oath ceremony in Seattle, WA USCIS office. My officer asked me if i wanted same day oath but i asked for a different day due to my schedule. But I was curious and ask her if they offer same day oath and she said they do now because most people like to do same day. So if your interview is in the morning you will most likely be able to do the same day oath ceremony.

Hi there.

Can I ask how long it took to get a later ceremony? I have my naturalization interview at Tukwila tomorrow at 9 am, so I imagine that as long as it goes okay I'll be offered a same day ceremony. While that is VERY tempting, I'd like some family members to attend the ceremony, and they can't make it tomorrow. I'd be okay with postponing it for their sake, but not if it means waiting months. So, that's my question - going by your experience, would I be looking at days, weeks or months?
