P4, how long after GUZ receives P3?

My fiance and I were thinking that it was probably one person who's got assigned to all these cases and he/she was on vacation. Just got back on Monday, logged everything in and sent out P4's.

05/26/2016 - Check of $1070 fee for AOS (I-485) was cashed (NOA date)

05/31/2016 - Received 3 text messages from USCIS with 3 case numbers

06/09/2016 - Passed driving road test

06/13/2016 - Received Biometrics appointment notice (notice date 6/4/16)

06/20/2016 - Received drivers license with Temp Visitor status in the mail (expires in 2020)

08/16/2016 - EAD card is being produced (received text message update)

08/20/2016 - Received EAD & AP Combo card, also EAD&AP approval notice.

08/22/2016 - AOS status changed to "Card is being produced" and 5 hours later "Case Was Approved" !!!

08/25/2016 - AOS status "Card Was Mailed To Me"

08/27/2016 - Received green card in the mail!!!

05/23/2019 - New Card is being produced! (11 months 1 week 3 days since receipt date)

05/30/2019 - Card Was Delivered

05/24/2019 - Earliest Accepted Filing Date for N-400.

08/30/2022 - Filed N-400 online, eligibility basis = GC holder > 5 years.

Good luck couples..... so excited for u.... all the best.... silly Q, can we make appt without p3? then when p3 comes, we just send bk requested docs, wait for p4. of course to mk appt giving enough buffer to receive p4.

any thoughts?

My fiance sent back P3 papers back on January 1st. GUZ received on January 3rd.

All the other couples have received P4 (email) in only a week after GUZ received their P3.

We're at 3 weeks now and getting concerned. We sent a question and got the standard "You're case is being processed" email back.

How long did your P4's take?

To my understanding as long as you paid the visa fee $265 at CITIC bank, you should be able to make appt. you can try. But I wouldn't do it without getting p3, simply because you don't know how long it takes, and you would be holding up spot where other people could use.

No, that is not the P3, the attached you have is the instruction GZ gives you in your P4, hence those are the documents you will be preparing and taking to the interview.

Awesome. Scheduling way out in late mar should not be an issue I think as we have to apply for leave, make arrangements etc with work. Rescheduling is also free to my understanding. The DS160 comes assigned with a AA00xxxxxx number. This number is manually entered into the scheduling web pages after paying the $265 USD.

Some chinese QQ pages have people saying they book the date before P3, then simply mail in the DS160, PP and photo when P3 arrives. They had the dates of their choice of course way out from the date of reservation. Caveat is P4 has to arrive at least 1 week prior to the scheduled date and the heart beats fast daily lol.

lol maybe this explains why dates are gone so fast.....

we just paid the scheduling fee.. all set and hey presto the famous no appointment available ... lol got to hire my kid nephew to monitor it every 15 mins and reserve for me lol
