P4, how long after GUZ receives P3?

My fiance sent back P3 papers back on January 1st. GUZ received on January 3rd.

All the other couples have received P4 (email) in only a week after GUZ received their P3.

We're at 3 weeks now and getting concerned. We sent a question and got the standard "You're case is being processed" email back.

How long did your P4's take?

Yes. Hopefully it can arrive before my fiance goes to medical, he plans to go for medical on the 17th.

And P3 will come to the beneficiary in the mail via EMS, it is a hard copy, not email.

Same with us, just a different date.

As for the P3, just like J&Y said, it's a hard copy, comes in the mail, contains instructions on how to fill out the DS-160 online, pay for it and instructions of what to send back (photos, DS-160 confirmation page, and copy of passport i believe). It also contains some info about physical abuse rights.

J&Y, if the medical is 17th, and it takes 3 bis days for report to be ready, R u waiting in Guangzhou to pick it up? on Mon 22/2 since have to go down again on 2/24?

Like J&Y, will schedule interview after P3 sent back, then plan for medical after P4 receipt, have fiancee fly home wait for medical report then fly Guangzhou again for interview. No point staying there 5-6 days waiting for a med report.

Nah. Fiance is gonna stay there for the weekend. All that flight tickets gonna cost more lol.

LOL, airbnb definitely can operate next to GUZ lol, demand is perpetual .... for MED to Interview days lol

Lucky Fiancee is in Guandong province, so she will fly the 1 hr rountrip 2xs. Med and Interview.

My fiance and I were thinking that it was probably one person who's got assigned to all these cases and he/she was on vacation. Just got back on Monday, logged everything in and sent out P4's.

5/28/16 Filed I-131, I-485, I-765 at Chicago lockbox
5/31/16 Date on I-131, I-485, I-765
6/14/16 NOA-1 I-797C received for I-485, I-765 and I-131 - no E-confirmation was received :(
6/28/16 Biometrics letter received
7/06/16 Biometrics appointment
7/26/16 All 3 receipt numbers finally show up at USCIS online case status check
8/17/16 EAD status changed to card is being produced, AP status changed to RFE
8/17/16 same day later in the evening both EAD status and AP status changed to Approved
8/19/16 EAD status changed - card was mailed
8/23/16 EAD/AP card delivered :dancing:

9/06/16 AOS approval in the mail received

9/10/16 Green Card received :)
