I know right! Lol i was trying to change my resume depending on the job i am applying for. But yeah, most data we managed were connected to customer service and customer satisfaction. Hahahaha!

In response to Robert Half Technologies, they are a decent Staffing Agency, Their work is mostly contract work with some chance of long term commitment. I used to do jobs for them, over the course of 2 years they assigned me 6 different positions with different companies, all positions were contract only with no conditions for permanent placement.

They do receive permanent placement requests, but they usually reserve those for the people that have been in their system the longest without receiving a permanent job.

Now don't get me wrong the contract jobs are definitely worth your while for a couple reasons.

1. they provide income

2. they provide US based work experience

3. they provide the staffing agency with feedback from the client that is saved in your file and useful for when permanent placement positions you are qualified open up.

4. they allow you to list them on your resume for future job applications to other companies that have open positions.

Robert Half in my experience treats their placement employees well. For instance, I was contracted to do some routine network maintenance on a Cisco network and Avaya phone system at a local Cadillac dealership many moons ago. I arrived 30 minutes early to check in with the client, but my contact was not available, I waited 1 hour (30 minutes past the scheduled start time for the job), and the contact was still not present. I immediately contacted my recruiter and explained the situation. He advised me to stay put at the dealership, and he would reach out to the client. He called me back 10 minutes later and explained that the client "forgot" that they scheduled the job, and would be with me in an hour. I stayed, finished the job, ect.. all in all I spent 4 hours there. Robert Half billed the client for 6 hours of labor due to breach of contract, and paid me for all 6 hours instead of only the 2 hours actually spent working on the job.

I was also a Robert Half temp. They were very good to me and I was placed in two 2 jobs before the third one hired me after my 1 week with them. I didn't know at the time but they were already thinking of hiring another RH temp but I was doing double the work compared to them and they choose me. I've been with that comp now 9 years. 2 years ago we got another RH temp for an assignment and we were impressed with his experience and hired him as well. Good luck.

Staffing can vary by state as there are some local only.

Tbqh, my husband has had some luck with Indeed.com for jobs. Granted, he could be doing MORE than what he's applying for, but he already has had a call back for a job with the company I currently work for to make a dollar more an hour that I do. We figured while he does that, we can just look for those good 9-5 accounting jobs and get used to both of us working.
