It's ok - now that it's the day after, you can celebrate the END of National Hot Sauce Day, in a different way.

But I digress.

I was lucky last year, some chile pequin show up in my yard, so I regrew a bit. I found a sauce homebrewer and she made some different sauces, presented them yesterday at the Houston Gathering. I refuse to let my housemates use my chili pequin...
