Hi Guys, make I ask if it's ok if I don't have the W-2 of my fiancee? But I have his Income Tax Return ( 1040) and his I134F That has original Signature.

Does this forms that I have of him can be can be a strong proof as an Affidavit Of Support?

Please help me guys, My Embassy Interview will be on Monday already,

A complete tax return includes all W2's, 1099's and other supporting schedules. You also need to have proof of current and continuing income such as recent paystubs and an employer letter.

W2 can be sent to you via email.

W2s were not asked from me (including all other financial form/ affidavit of support) but you must have it during the interview.

All I have here as his Affidavit of Support Documents are

I134 F and 1040 Income Tax Return.

As per US Embassy Manila requirements, you may be asked to submit these docs. If they asked you and you don't have it, they may give you a 221g. Why risk it?

EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT. You should be able to demonstrate that you will not become a public charge or burden on the U.S. taxpayers for financial support. A completed I-134 Affidavit of Support Form may be useful to the consular officer to evaluate your petitioner’s ability to be financially responsible for you. You may also be asked to submit your petitioner’s most recent U.S. Federal income tax return (Form 1040) and wage statements (Form W-2). Employment letters stating salaries and bank statements may be included to substantiate the I-134.

Is the copy of the taxes a certified IRS transcript? If so, I don't think you need the W2's.

I am on an iPad so cannot post a photo, but if you search "IRS certified transcript" and look at the images you should be able to tell what one looks like.
