Filed on 11/06/2015, still waiting for EAD approval... running out of patience :( I know it takes up to 90 days but seeing many people getting it much sooner is making me anxious. Anyone out there still waiting too?

What happens if it's not processed after 90 days?

Hey, my PD is Nov. 6th and I haven't heard anything from EAD either. I contacted them on Thursday and requested service. They provided me with some number that I have no idea what I am supposed to do with and the status has never changed.

I have interview next week, when is your?

I don't have an interview scheduled yet :( My status haven't changed since Dec 9 when it was updated to "ready to be scheduled for an interview", Yours is really fast!! Lucky you! Since your interview is next week, you won't really need the EAD anymore once you are approved for green card right?

@Katherine93 We have almost identical timelines--just one month apart. My package was received at the Chicago Lockbox on 10/05/15 and we didn't receive the EAD/AP until 12/30/15...we also still don't have our interview scheduled either...which was marked as "ready to be scheduled" on 11/10/15.

Hi! I still haven't seen any updates on my EAD/AP as of today. Called the USCIS customer service this morning but the response was I'm still within the normal 90 day processing time and I should wait till Feb 5th before submitting a service request...I'm hoping that I will get an update sometime this week :( I saw so many people who got their AOS interview scheduled or approved already, which makes me only more anxious!

I believe a lot of the people who are getting scheduled for their interviews before us are those who are adjusting status from another visa besides F-1. Totally understand your frustration since we are experiencing it too in the October filer thread. I bet you receive your EAD/AP be the end of this month.

That's true! It would make sense that those who are adjusting from K1 are processed faster than F1 since they've already gone through one interview process before they came here. I will try to stay patient :)
