Humanitarian Reinstatement

I requested for humanitarian reinstatement in June 26, 2014 in behalf on my son who past away in April 27, 2014. My son have an approved petition with receipt # EAC-12XXXXXXXX or his family to join him in the U.S.A. In September 18, 2014 the Department of Homeland Security's Office of the USCIS forwarded my correspondence or information to the NVC informing me that this petition was currently undergoing administrative process. In February 24,2015 I wrote a letter of inquiry on the status of my request in behalf of my son. In July 31, 2015 The national Visa Center informed me that they received my inquiry and unfortunately they are unable to locate my petition and NCV asked me to provide the following information. 1. NVC case number or CIS receipt number, 2. Petitioner"s name 3. Beneficiary's name 4. Beneficiary's date of birth and county of birth and 5. Copy of the Notice of Action. All the information were sent to National Visa Center in August 2015. Up to this time no correspondence or information from NVC.

You should also send whatever is requested to them and get your Congress-person to help

with this, I think they could , if you had an atty have them get in touch with DHS too
