You are so correct Cuz I am wondering how they will access such an account. Prayer is the master key. I will keep praying. How can we send them evidences if they don't request for it?

I am so sorry for what is happening to you! Lagos embassy is disappointing me majorly today! It is all too depressing. From what I have heard they would have asked for the beneficiary to sign in by some method so they can review the account, but I would have assumed they would ask that during interview. Maybe they want to see more proof of communication. So send as much as you can to show there is constant communication with you and spouse! Good luck and I pray

Lizbarak,

I'm so sorry for what happened at your hubby interview in Lagos. I do not believe the VO's in Lagos are so bad because I watched them give lots of approval on the day of my Interview. Things to note is that this guys already reviewed each cases before the interview. I also saw some being given 221 g for not able to defend there cases. I believe lots of people who are yet to attend their interviews are reading this. Please you need to make sure your relationship is made public like posting pictures on Facebook, updating dates of marriage, wedding photos with friends and families, receptions. Believe me, these guys do all these little search/checks and that's why some are approved on the spot. I do see reason why one should hide/keep their relationship secrete if there's nothing to worry about, at least for the sake of this process.

My advice, Please do not rush and send mails and evidences without first

1. Reviewing your case and check every document you sent to ensure there's nothing contradicting

2. Knowing exactly what they want from you

3. You can add a letter to explain certain discrepancies if need be.

4. Find what exactly the VO tell your hubby

5. This way you'll be able to sent documents/evidences that will convince the VO.

In all, am positive everything will go well.

You need to do exactly what the embassy told you. Why haven't you already sent them the information. One thing I know about a request for more evidence it's time sensitive. The longer you wait the more red flags go up and it looks like you don't have the evidence and maybe manufacturing.

They asked for communication. Give them a sampling of every way you communicate. Did you submit:

  1. Phone logs
  2. emails
  3. IM's
  4. whatsapp
  5. skype
  6. Facebook chats and post

Stop talking to us and get these things printed abeg. :goofy:

I think that this is all stemming from San Bernadino. It seems like those that are from certain countries whose petitions were approved prior to the congressional inquiry by DHS are getting either held up at the interview or AOS, if you follow the trend from various posters. It also seems that people like myself are getting help up on the front end but should see a smooth interview...... Hopefully......
