Hi y'all,

So I got a K-1 visa and I married my SO - so far so good! (Great, actually!)

However, now is the time for file for the AOS... And I find myself in trouble.

Everything here is about the precious DS3025 : first of all, I lost it. No idea where it is. Cannot for the life of me remember taking it to the US, and yet my paperwork was so well organized before I left. So, I freaked out, but contacted the doctor and got a copy.

Second problem arises there: first, it's the crappiest scan ever. Like, unlegible. I mean, you recognize the document, but can barely read anything at all on it. The only things you see for sure are the letters corresponding to the vaccines, in the far right column. Did that happen to anyone? Did you get an RFE?

Which brings me to my second and last trouble : I have three A and a B. Is a B too low? Do I still require a Surgeon General to complete a I-693?

Thank you much to all who'll take the time to answer!

Best of luck in your own journeys!

My husband was sure he brought his DS-3025 with him, but believes the DHS officers kept it during his entry. There is supposed to be a copy of your medical done in the envelop that you handed over when you came through POE. We sent our AOS without medical anything. We don't think he was given any vaccines, except for polio, but he may have been given a 'blanket waiver'? Not too sure. We will see if it comes up. RFE's are coming in for those that filed closed to our AOS receipt date, so we will find out for us soon.

I have no idea what an A and B mean. I am interested in other's response to that!

Your original DS-3025 was included with your other medical documents in the sealed envelope you handed over at your POE. The contents of that envelope are sent to the USCIS.

Please read through this pinned thread. It tells you what the codes mean and has lots of info you are seeking > http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/551080-immunizations-ds-3025-or-i-693/

~ Moved from K-1 Process to AOS from Family Based Visas - topic is AOS, not K-1 ~
