Transfer with your existing Employer, quick and they pay. Win win.

Not sure how else to express it, get you Employer to move you to the US.

Hi,

You are 24 years old and are an adult. Being alone is difficult. You will survive.

Sorry that your father is not alive, but that has nothing to do with immigrating to the US.

Your mother can petition for an unmarried child over age 21 in the F2b category. The current wait in India is 7 years for a visa. It has been as long as 10 years. You must remain single.

Unless you have a college degree and can get a work visa, there is no other way for you to come quicker. You will have to wait like the rest of all the adult sons and daughters of green card holders.

There are many of my family members in your situation. Parents and all their siblings in the US. My brother, his wife and youngest daughter came to the US in 2010. He is still waiting for a daughter and son. His children will probably get here in 2017. You will have to endure the separation like they are.

Be patience. You have no choice.

Agreed with aaron2020, gotta wait like the rest of us.

Or like Boiler so humourously puts it, if you have a degree/job with US company, have them file for you.

Why humourously?

I know many many people who came here through work. Met with one this afternoon.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
