On May 4, 2016, we scheduled an interview for your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization

YAY!!!!

Finally.

Congrats Im on 1 month yesterday for being in line.. I am in no hurry to get this done as i am wanting my husband to be with me on Oath taking anytime after October...

Fourth of July would be cool, especially since it's her b-day. Hope you hear something soon.

My wife is still waiting on the letter with the date/time. I've actually changed my mind about going with her and will do so since she filed under the 3-yr rule. I know it was a joint incomplete ROC/N-400 case, but I saw an N-400 denied because the spouse didn't attend. What's a couple of hours out of the office? Better to go and not be needed than have any issues with my favorite Federal agency.

I'm crossing my fingers for this day, They used to do 4th of July ceremony on Disney, are they still doing this? somebody know

Not sure if you already have but I would also call USCIS and request to speak to a tier 2 agent (an actual immigration officer most times) They would look up your A-file and tell you the date, time and place of your interview! If you are close to a fax machine they may(if you get a nice agent) also fax you a copy of the interview notice! Good luck to you, keep us updated!

Just sharing....I have a cousin in west palm bch, fl her interview noticed is dated april 19 and interview is schedule for may 25...keep calling uscis they are able to tell tou the date over the phone.

Wow I expected Monday or Tuesday for your letter. Call USCIS They can give you the date at least.

I agree.. Beginning of the week was one thing, but you are getting closer to 3 weeks. Call today. On Monday, at the latest.

Hi folks,

one question for you:

I came to the US with a conditional green card granted because of marriage to a US citizen. We divorced before I could remove conditions, but I went through all the painful process, got an interview, and was granted a 10 year green card. Now I am getting ready to apply for US citizenship.

Question: what documents should I send related to my ex wife (as you can imagine, I have none)? Just a copy of the divorce decree? Would that suffice?
