12/20/2017 (Wednesday) Received text and email that my case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS Texas Service Center for processing

12/21/2017 (Thursday) Check was cashed. NOA-1 (I-797C) was sent to me by USCIS via USPS.

12/26/2017 (Tuesday) NOA-1 (I-797C) was received.

06/07/2018 (Thursday) NOA-2 was APPROVED. 172 days.

06/11/2018 (Monday) NOA-2 was delivered by USPS to my home address.

06/22/2018 (Friday) Our case was sent to the U.S. Department of State (DOS) for visa processing (NVC)

what does this mean? How early I am as my GC issue date is 03/19/13

Early filing

You filed in February 2016 and your GC anniversary is March 19, 2016. I guess you sent your N400 couple weeks before your GC anniversary.

Long shot but has anyone tried to do walk in at Austin ASC?.. my appt is at noon and it's an hour away and have to be back to pick up my daughter from school :(..

If you're going on the appointment day, the time doesn't matter. My appointment was at 1130am and I walked in at 9am, no questions were asked.

I tried early walk in in the Boise ID office and they turned me away. They said I could come in at whatever time on the appointment day so if you go early the day of the appointment you should be okay.

You filed in February 2016 and your GC anniversary is March 19, 2016. I guess you sent your N400 couple weeks before your GC anniversary.

Yes you can submit. Nobody is saying that you are not allowed.

As for your biometrics I guess it is because of background check.
