what should I do?

Definitely call USCIS and insist on speaking with a Tier 2 agent. Only they will have access to your specific case's details. The first level agents can only tell you what you can see for yourself on the USCIS site.

when the rep tried to open service request for "out of processing time", it came up in his system, days exceeding processing date: 53 Days

Tier 2 was not accepting calls by the time I called, so I'll call again tomorrow.

There were 26 countries represented at my Wife's ceremony - I think there were around 80 or so applicants....

AlexHamilton Interview San Francisco Office, Recommended for Approval. Was inside for 10', basically a review under Oath, line by line, of the application. Wait outside was about 45'.
