I received the interview confirmation letter from the NVC and tried to create a profile on the website mentioned in the embassy website " www.ustraveldocs.com/eg", but I received an error message . The error message says " the case ID cannot be found". I would like your help and advice on what to do, please. My case status is ready so they should have my papers now

We faced the same challenge, we filed K1. My congressman's liaison contacted the embassy and we were told, "due to technical difficulties" we would not be able to print the receipt. Also the embassy would upload our case and we would have to pay the fees on the day of our interview. They uploaded our case and we can print the deposit slip but there is no amount in it, so we cannot use it. We are unable to schedule an interview, and the liaison is in the process of finding out how we are to schedule without a receipt number from CIB Bank. Is there any progress in your case?

The interviewer was very polite and respectful. Everything went smoothly but she just ended up saying the case has to go through AP first in order to get the visa issued.

my thoughts to you be confident, as long as you being honest and saying the truth inshAllah everything will be okay.
