No I wasn`t. How did you know to tell me that? Thanks. I just registered, and saw my case was not touched with even one dirty finger since the day they received it. How rude! hahaha

I know I`ll have to wait most probably the full five months, since my relative is not a Filipina, but oh well... All in God`s timing. The struggle is real, the wait is even more real lol

Since we are technically in the same boat, that's why. LOL. Mine was touched on 12/21 and nothing since then.

I am hoping for some activity next month. Just my 6th sense peeping out. :)

Anyone else feeling overwhelmed by the Affidavit of Support forms and collecting all the financial & supporting documents??

This is craziness. I feel like I've already killed a tree with all this printing and copying.

Good evening everyone.

Is this CASE COMPLETE? or RFE

I would like to know for those applicant waiting for CASE COMPLETE Email/letter. I do Receive an Email for my mother (Beneficiary) a CHECKLIST of additional Documents. All required additional documents are need to send to Beneficiary to bring for her interview.

These are the Additional Documents.

*Financial Documents

-I864 (Corrected forms)

*Birth Certificate

- A baptismal certificate that contains the date and place of birth, as well as both parents names (Providing the baptism took place shortly after birth)

-An affidavit from a close relative, preferably the applicant's mother, stating the date and place of birth, both parents names and the mother's maiden name.

*Passport

-Copy of Valid Passport

*Philippines NBI clearance (Travel abroad)

This was stated at the lower part of the letter:

-You do not need to contact the NVC at this time. Also do not send an updated I-864 affidavit of support form or documents to the NVC. After we schedule the immigrant visa interview, we will send you an appointment letter.

Hello all,

I am a USC and I have prepared my father and my mother I-130 petition and documents. Is it safe and acceptable to mail both in one registered envelop? or should I mail them separately. I would appreciate if someone of you who applied for both parents can help.

Regards
