petition for mom n dad both approved on March 16 , do I have to wait for NVC welcome letter to pay Iv fee and AOS fee and also can I pay by credit card or it has to be debit, or cheque ?

I have to keep all the dates... I don't tract or list dates i loose tract since I have a lot of things going on my school, my 8months old baby and my business. But I will check all the info.

I just paid my parents IV fees today,..and still gathering other documents to submit form I-864,.Now I'm just found out that we needed atleast latest six months pay stub,I lost my dec pay stub, my problem is are they gonna ask for the missing ones just in case ,even I will submit my employment verification and w2? Please help!thanks

6 months of paystub? wow, that's a lot... W2 is not enough? coz I'm not planning to send it... I'm submitting my Mom's papers to NVC this week.

I just called NVC to see if they got my NVC case # assigned. No luck as they received the paperwork on 3/21.

AVR is Automated Voice Response system. When you call NVC, you can either just press the options for the AVR and use your CIS receipt number to see if a case number has been assigned OR you can press an option to speak with an operator. The AVR number is the same as NVC 1-603-334-0700.

As of January 31st, Nebraska center processed September 2nd Priority date as its last completed I-130.

This is freaking ridiculous.

All Philippine I-130 get approved fast track in one month.

Rest are second class petitions unfortunately.

Yes, I was one of them... my case got approved less than a month, crazy but I'm thankful... I submitted my Mom's papers to USCIS back in January 4, 2016. I already paid her IV and AOS.... and I'm just now waiting for her medical and interview schedule from NVC.... hopefully it's less than 30 days....

Wow!!! I'm happy for all of yoh? But I think I have to disagree to the previous statement. I filed i130 for my mom in the Philippines and it's been a month now and i don't still get my noa2. I have no complain I think I just need to wait. I'm glad most of your petition were already approved in a month or less??

Your case maybe an exception to the norm.
