i have a question. my fiance doesn't have her W2 tax return forms yet but she has last years tax return forms. is it ok for me to carry that to the k1 interview with me or it has to be the current W2 tax return transcript? also the letter of intent from my fiance, should it directed to the embassy? should it be written over or is the first letter of intent that we submitted, can we reuse that one?

Dont know about the w2 tax stuff. the letter of intent to marry can be scanned to you so you print it out for the interview. if you have written one before to uscis, this one to the interview can be renewal of intent to marry cos the first one written to uscis has been long. still same tone though

The updated letter of intent is good to have because it shows continued support for the petition and in the relationship.

If your interview occurs prior to her having her 2015 W-2s then you have to go without them you can't produce what you don't have. That's why you take the two recent paystub's. As stated before it's preferred to have tax transcripts but if you only have copies of the W-2s with the tax return forms than that should suffice. I would make sure you have the last three years so that would be 2014 2013 and 2012 tax returns with W-2s and also 2 recent paystubs.

Depends on interview date for W-2? You need another letter that says continued intent to marry in the 90 days. It is in your best interest that your fiance is at the interview, and they can bring stuff with them.

You really need to follow the advise of those from JA. We have different guidelines to follow, you do not want to be denied based on the advise of others.
