Renewed Passport Since I-129F

Just a query,

I submitted my original I-129F petition using my old passport number, which at the time had 9 months until expiry; this petition has since been approved. I have since renewed the passport and received my new one, which has a different passport number.

I am now at the stage where I have just received my Packet 3 letter with a copy of my I-129F included, and it has my old passport number on it, and I wanted to check do I need to notify the US embassy that I now have a new passport and number. I have my old passport with the corner cut off, sent back to me with my new one. On my DS160 I have used my new passport number, and wanted to see if anyone knew whether I needed to anything, and if so, how I should deal with this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should be fine. I had a similar experience. Just bring both passports with you to the interview.

London doesn't care and aren't really interested in seeing the old passport when people take them to the interview. Nothing to worry about.
