We got our Packet 3 today from Montreal; I had it turned around and sent it back (overnight) the same day. Can you say I might be anxious to get this overwith?!? :)

Now time to book the medical...that's the only thing left to get done!

We're on the home stretch! Joel & Karen, we're catching up to you!! :)

Now you just have to sit back and wait for the interview date.

Time will fly by. Looks like from people timelines that it takes about 2 months from the time you send in the checklist till the interview.

Hope you hear something soon. :D

Took me about three weeks to get a date after sending in the forms to Montreal. Then it was another three weeks till the interveiw.

K-1/K-2 AOS APPROVED IN ATLANTA MAY 17, 2006

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.

hello ... Just wondering who do they send Package 3/4 to the Alien Fiance or the USC ?

have not started my visa application, have not decided what route to take, planning my trip to America, and asking questions to see what best route to take . *breathes*.
