Yes I already did. Thank you! and one more thing he's older than me 29 years age gap. But it was never an issue in the American consular she did not even ask me..

But the filipino consular ask me about his age and her face looks like she doesn't believe then ask me for pictures and chat then he looks almost all of our pictures and read conversation And said oh the food here is good. That's the only good thing she said. She was always typing in her computer while asking me to tell the story of how we met..

- Can the Filipino consul be the cause of my approval or denial? Because she keeps on typing in her computer.. And we talk about my previous visa which I forgot.. And was ask by american consul it makes me think that she pass something.. Hope you get what I mean

Me and my fiancé right now are sad. But still hoping, we just submitted 1. My previous passport with visa stamp 2. Application fee with note

I know that might be red flag.. And I told the filipino consul that I met my fiance when I was there on j1 visa 2013 and year 2015 my fiancé was here June-July 2015

Yes I already did. Thank you! and one more thing he's older than me 29 years age gap. But it was never an issue in the American consular she did not even ask me.. Age was never an issue, period.

Hope you get what I mean - everything that they asked us and other relevant info are encoded in the system, that's why they keep on typing more than looking at us. Thus during the CO interview (Step 4)- if you noticed the CO also keep on typing and checking his computer; thus what you said in Step 2 he sees and Step 5 they already know the docs that need to submit further.

I was asked several times of my F2B petition, good thing I have my NOA2 for my F2B. It showed up at Step 1 Biometrics, then asked me about it again in Step 2 and more details and the CO asked about it again.

Me and my fiancé right now are sad. But still hoping, we just submitted 1. My previous passport with visa stamp 2. Application fee with note. - Don't worry denial is only if the relationship is doubtful to them or if you have not disclosed a very important aspect like previous marriage. That is what I have read so far. Just monitor your status in CEAC. It should be AP for awhile. They took your passport right?

Some 221g I saw here are case of no AKA on NBI, no Cenomar/ Cemar - a few days/ weeks delay but they were approved.

Yes he's been divorce twice and both were disclosed. They did not ask for he's divorce papers in my interview..

In there computer they already have our previous travels am I right?

Because the Filipino consul was kinda confused when asking me about my previous travel date all I remember was year when I went to usa, and she's asking me about visa expiration which I don't know.. My interview with her took long.. Because of this

I really appreciate your help. I hope to hear good news in few days or weeks. Thank you

Yes they know about most all of your travel, but they want to see your old passport, with the old visa, with the old dates/stamps. All should be fine, just relax. Go visit with family and friends, it will be years before you see them again.
