Thus during the CO interview (Step 4)- if you noticed the CO also keep on typing and checking his computer; thus what you said in Step 2 he sees and Step 5 they already know the docs that need to submit further.

Yes they know about most all of your travel, but they want to see your old passport, with the old visa, with the old dates/stamps. All should be fine, just relax. Go visit with family and friends, it will be years before you see them again.
