Sending AOS and IV Package

Hi everyone! When sending AOS and IV Package do you need to put it in 2 Manila Envelope? 1 is for AOS and 1 is for IV Package? Can anyone advice on doing this so? Thanks in advance!

Yes that's the way to do it, and put both Manila envelopes in a single larger envelope when mailing it. Remember to include the cover page in each envelope.

Which cover page? Was it the one in payment portal or the one in WL that has those check list?

the way we did ours was kind of redundant we have a cover page which consist of the list of what's inside, then doc cover sheet from the payment portal both iv and aos have that, though i forgot to print the doc cover sheet from the iv so i used the aos cover sheet for both but NVC said it's quite okay important thing is the case no. from each packet, also include the doc cover sheet from the nvc welcome letter.

I have paid AOS fee and waitting to pay IV fee ... I saw your thread and I am not sure to understand what your concern is... Is this like after paying those above mentioned fee, we have to submit the receipts to NVC via postal... ?? Otherwise please advise

After sending them and received email notification from NVC, do you have to wait 30 - 45 days or you can call them atleast once a week for any updates?

It's been 2 weeks for us now, and I tried calling atleast once a weeks but still received the same response that I need to wait 30-45days and they will send me notifications/updates for it?

you don't have to submit your receipts.. after making payment and once you got confirmation of payment you have to submit photocopies of your required civil documents along with the original AOS.

with those documents you have to attach your Documents Cover Sheet which you received in your Welcome Letter.
