Go to the link above, if it's not in the link above, then you'll want to go to the deffered inspection station nearest you.

We had to do this because the CBP officer in Chicago when my fiance POE'd misspelled his last name into the system, so it wasn't showing up that he entered recently, just the older ones. Once we went to the defered inspection station, they corrected the misspelled last name and now it shows along with all of his prior entries.
