OMG--G325---maybe a mistake??? Urgent--I was just getting ready to mail this off...

I just received my hubby's signed G-325A that cost $80 to Fed Ex here. I noticed that we put N/A on the space that says "applicant's last address out of USA for more than one year." We were thinking that this would apply to people who were in the USA already, as we had already put that he had lived in another country for 2 years in the space right above that where it asks to list addresses for the past 5 years. OMG, now I am so worried, and don't want to spend yet another $80 to have him send it over again, as it has to have original signature.

Do you think this is going to get an RFE?

Hi--I think I wrote this and forgot to post it. If not, I apologize for the double post, but I need an answer ASAP. I am filing/mailing our 1-130 today finally. My hubby just spent $80 sending his G235A, and I'm wondering if we made a mistake. We listed his 2 residences in the box where it says to list residences for the past 5 years. He put Pakistan, then Serbia (for 3 years), then back to Pakistan, where he has his house, so that address did not change. BUT on the next line, where it says applicant's last address outside of the US of more than 1 year, we put N/A, thinking that this meant applicants who were in the USA, because we had already listed his addresses on the question above that one. OMG, did we mess up? Do we have to change that and resend at another $80 because it has to have an original signature?

Will we get an RFE for this?

Please help as I am getting ready to mail our package in a few hours (and we have been waiting and delayed sooo long).

I submitted the G325A for my fiancée and that's exactly how we did it. She's never lived outside Mexico so that line doesn't apply to her plus it's already listed in the Address section. So we left that line blank.

Oh thank goodness!!! One of the examples shows the current address in both sections. I will go ahead and send it. I put N/A in that section.

But my husband DID live in another country, but it says the same thing in the first question. Anyway, I am going to send it in like this and hope it is ok.

Well, I decided wth and just filled in the information in black ink by hand and sent it on. I guess if they have a problem with that, they can send me an RFE. I have read on here where people used both ink and typed in info and didn't have a problem. Also it wasn't a witnessed signature and it is the truth, so all they can do is accept it or ask for another paper....And he knows I added it, so I don't get what would be the problem. Also, the info matches what is directly above, so really it's a duplicate question. BTW, our application weighed over 9 pounds because we had so much evidence since we had 6 visits. And I only sent a fraction of chats. If this one thing causes a problem, that's a sad state of affairs because all the info is just the truth and right there in the box above that handwritten box. So anyway, I am praying that they don't nitpick our application.

As long as you filled in the information you should be ok. I typed my entire I-129F and G-325a, and after printing them out noticed I forgot to a section or two. However I was no longer at my office with access to a printer, so I filled them in with a Black Ink Pen, and submitted the packet. the I-129F was approved this past thursday.
