If you think marriage green card fraud isn't running rampant in the U.S., if you think that Homeland Security and it's underling, the USCIS, are actually looking out for Americans best interests, if you think that as an American you'll get justice as a victim of green card fraud you had better think again. Keep burying your heads in the sand.

This statement is a joke and an all out lie:

According to David Santos, Northeast regional media manager for USCIS, USCIS does not keep statistics on denials in marriage cases. When asked what controls USCIS has in place to combat marriage fraud, Santos said, The 1986 Immigration Marriage Fraud Amendments . . . were enacted to deter marriage fraud. They imposed a two-year conditional residence on certain beneficiaries and imposed criminal penalties for immigration-related marriage fraud. Moreover, USCIS has created a Fraud Detection and National Security (FDNS) office to enhance the integrity of the countrys immigration system by detecting, pursuing, and deterring immigration benefit fraud.

There is nothing temporary about the two year temporary green card. And the organization we are starting, "American Victims of Marriage Green Card Fraud" are going to give Americans a real eye opener. We now have funding and investigators working to post politicians names, everyone that we find that has committed fraud, addresses, phone numbers, groups and associated groups that sign false affidavits in order to keep one of their own here at the expense of an American will be targeted and posted for all to see. You are welcome to post whatever you would like. Don't expect us to be sympathetic and don't think we care about your civil or constitutional rights. Neither the civil nor federal system cared about ours. We're bringing the war to immigrants that commit fraud. Don't expect leniency.

Welcome to our world and our nation. If you haven't commited fraud you have nothing to worry about and don't expect us to care about whether you agree or disagree. Post all you want. The next time you read about us it will be due to ensuing litigation against those people we've exposed.

Sad there is no follow-up on this most interesting post. :-(

Some people like to post Thin Lizzy videos while in their cups, others to post screeds on how they're forming committees. Chacun à son goût.

The list of grievances is long, once they have been aired they will be followed by feats of strength.
