problem with picking up my passport from us embassy in tunisia

my interview was 1/07/2016 and i was approved, i have been told to wait and it will be ready within a week and i will get a call to come pick up my visa and passport. and in the website is showing that the visa has been issued . and now it almost two weeks still can't get a respond i m trying to call them for more than a week now but i can't either they hang up on me or transfer me to voice mail .is there anyone who went through something like can tell me what to do ?

If you chose to pick it up in person, I say bring paperwork that has your case number and such and bring it down to the embassy in person and inquire where to pick up your visa.
