Missing NOA1 & NOA2 FOR AOS!!!!!

My wife and i recently moved and we misplaced our NOAs.Is there any other evidence we could send instead of the NOAs

From what I was told u get in touch with USCIS , explain situation and they will mail a new one to you

Plus what I heard you just need NOA2 for it not the NOA1

Print out the case status from the USCIS website showing your case was approved, or the email notification of the I-129f approval

I think you better make a phone call to USCIS and enquire. Are you referring to NOA1 & 2 from K1 to file for AOS or AOS NOAs? Do you have the receipt numbers?

They actually missed out sending my AP NOA1, I called them up and asked them, they said that they've sent it out but probably lost in mail. I was told that the NOA1 doesn't matter since it is a notice for us as long as we have the biometrics letter and from there onwards.

My son and daughter-in-law had the same problem. No I-797 showing approved I-129f (NOA2)

We just printed every email we had showing that the petition had been approved, sent to embassy, interview date and time, CEAC confirmation etc. and they were approved for AOS without getting RFE for NOA2.
