Yes they need to be listed.

If anything ever changed in the future you need a paper trail of them from the start.

You list all children as it asks on the I-129F petition. It makes no difference whether or not they live with her, or will or won't be applying for a K-2 visa.

Hi everyone,

I have a question. My fiance has 2 children and we included them on the I-129. We are not planning to bring them yet, my question is if we need their birth certificates for the interview since their names appear on the I-129 ?

Thank you !
