Hello, this is my first time posting here and I have been searching for information but can't seem to find specific information to my situation.

I already have a trip planned to visit my (hopefully) future fiance in the Philippines in the middle of May.

I worked for myself earlier in 2015 but did not earn very much, maybe a few thousand dollars. I now have a stable job that I have been working since September.

My new job I earn around $26k a year.

I have already earned around $5k in the end of 2015 that the W-2 will show for.

I will be able to get a co-sponsor later for the AOS if needed also.

Will this be a problem that my income was low in 2015 when she goes for the interview in Manila or will the fact that I am now employed and make enough be sufficient?

Also i did not make enough income in 2013 or 2014 to file taxes though I could back file just to have that information.

Thank you very much in advance for any help.

In your case being the W-2 / tax return will be low, I suggest you include copies of pay stubs and also have a letter from your employer stating your gross yearly income, you should be fine with those.

Some are not asked for any support evidence, but to not be prepared is a gamble.
