Hi, I'm engaged with my girlfriend (US citizen), we plan on getting married then applying for either CR1 or Adjustment of Status (i have a B1/B2 BCC visa for 10 years), anyway we have a question regarding the income, we know it's a minimum of $19,xxx usd, it's just us. The story is this, she just finished engineering school a few months ago, she has been working the past 3 years, she has her taxes from the last 3 years, but those earnings are below the required income (125% poverty line), she just got a very good offer from an Aerospace company, she technically started one week ago, her income is going to be way above the minimum, will we have any issues?

Thanks a lot.

She will be fine on the income, as she will have several months, maybe a year's worth of pay stubs for the new job by the time it is needed.

Side note- using your tourist visa to enter the USA with the intent of marrying and staying is immigration fraud, as the B2 is only to be used for visiting.
