Continued relationship proof, chat logs, phone logs, skype log, pics, etc. 2 recent paystub from petitioner. Tax transcripts would be better, but you should be ok with the return copies.

No, how can you produce a court record with no conviction? There isn't one to be had.

When you get a chance :time: . It has not been updated and states your embassy is Armenia.

Bring proof of payment for the interview. I was asked for that and I remember it not being mentioned in the list, but I saw it discussed in the forums.

You likely need more proof of an ongoing relationship like LionessDeon suggested.

Your confimation page of your interview appoiintment being scheduled should list the payment receipt on it. I believe its all on one page for JA. At least ours was. It states the date, payment amount and then also your interview date.

Edit: I did just find a receipt of payment too. I don't believe he took that tho. Just the one page.

my interview is on February 29th.

also... my fiance doesn't have her 2016 W2 tax transcripts yet but she has last years tax return forms. is it ok for me to carry that to the k1 interview with me or i need the current W2 transcripts? also the letter of intent that my fiance wrote, should it directed to the embassy? can we use the previous letter of intent that she submitted or it has to be rewritten over and reworded?
