getting interview date moved or emergency interview

I have received my interview date for my K1 fiance visa and it's February 18 2016. However my fiance and I already have a wedding date set for March 5 2016 and I've been trying to get the US embassy in London UK to move up my date but they rejected it once by their contact form. So I sent in a handwritten letter for them to move it up. If they reject that I don't know what to do. It will take 10-15 business days to process after the interview and I have to wait for courier service for my visa after. I might miss my wedding. What should I do at this point?

If they reject your request, there's nothing you can do. They won't consider the fact that you set a wedding date prior to having a visa in-hand an emergency situation.

Even if the interview was moved up, there is no guarantee that you would not have AP (additional processing) after, which would take you past the intended wedding date.

That being said, there is a few things you can do:

- Instead of asking for expedite (since there is no valid reason for that), ask for a cancelation appointment, ie for them to call you if something opens up. Make sure they know you can be there at a few hours/ a day's notice.

- If the 18th stays your date, be sure to be super prepared so there won't be any further delays, explain the situation, and, very, very politely, ask if they could try and get the process done asap. That would be cutting it close, but you may make the March wedding date if you can book a flight and pay for an expensive next-day type plane ticket.

Here's a list of how long it took real people in the UK between interview date to visa in hand. The longer times last June were because all visa issuance was halted for a while due to "computer issues" which most believe was a security hack.
