Getting ready to mail N400

Hi VJ,

I'm getting ready to mail my N400 application next week. I filled out the form myself on the computer. So I just have a few question before I send it out. There are a couple parts of the form that don't apply to me such as parts 9 and 10. I am not married and do not have children so should I just leave them blank or put N/A in every single line? Also the computer won't allow "/" character so is typing "NA" acceptable?

I am applying for citizenship based on being over the age of 18 and having my GC for more than 5 years.

Here is all the paperwork I am planning to send:

- N400 form

- photocopy of my GC (both sides)

- 2 passport style photos with my A number and full name written on the back of each picture

- $680 personal check

Do I need to send anything else?

Should I attach G1145 form to my packet?

Also what shipping method should I use?

Thank you so much in advance for any information!!!

I would leave the parts that are N/A blank.

Your list seems complete. I didn't send a G-1145 with mine. I received the receipt in about 4 days. I just attached the correct postage stamps to my envelope and put it in a mail box. There was no original certificates or anything in it so I thought it would be no big deal if it went missing in the post. If you want to send it a more secure way that's entirely up to you.
