Confuse about Form I751 for K2 and fees?

OK I just straight to the question :

1. I have dependent 10 yo daughter who acquired conditional status on the same day as me within 90 days and I will put her name in my I751. Should I make I751 for her too?

2. How much should I paid for the fees (505+85)x2 OR 505+(85x2) ?

This is what the instructions say!

"The filing fee for Form I-751 is $505. A biometric services fee of $85 is also required for petitioners. Each conditional resident dependent, eligible for inclusion on the principal petitioner’s Form I-751 and listed under Part 5. of Form I-751, is required to submit an additional biometric services fee of $85, including dependents residing overseas pursuant to military or Government orders, regardless of age."

So it's gonna be $505 + ($85 x2)! Good luck to you!

OH MY....I guess I was wrong sent for our 2 year GC before I was paid per EACH for the form because I filed out another I485 for my daughter too. GLAD I asked for my Remove Condition GC here so NO MORE over paid. THANK A LOT really appreciated!

You didn't overpay. For the I-485 form, the instructions state that each individual pays with the exception of refugees. It is the ROC in which your children only pay the biometrics fee.
