Hello,

Our entire journey has been done in the Seattle office. I-129F, I-485, I-751 and we are about to embark on the N-400 citizenship. The Seattle office has been very organized and good. My questions are:

1--If we move and wait three months to file the N-400 does the Seattle office send a file on us to the new office or is the N-400 an independent file?

I ask because I have heard transfers can cause files to get lost and the process delayed and so that worries me

2--We can file now in Seattle and do the biometric because we still live here but between the biometric and interview/oath we would moving prompting a file transfer. Does anyone have any experiences (good or bad) about doing this sort of transfer?

This is similar to the question above in that I don't know how smooth the transfers are and if lost files happen but are infrequent. If its like lost luggage on an airplane that scares everyone so they do carton when in fact it is fairly rare to have lost luggage.

3--Does anyone have any experience with the interview at the Manchester service center?

Any input is appreciated
