My wife just received her NOA for I-130/485/765 in the mail. The received date on the three forms says October 28, 2006 but the forms were mailed on Feb. 24, 2007, so the received date cannot possibly be correct.

We are supposed to report all errors immediately.

When I called USCIS and entered her case #, it said the case # was not found. Is there another way to report this error?

Suggestions of any sort would be greatly appreciated.

Hmm they gave you an earlier priority date

Anyway, just call the USCIS #, skip the part where they ask you to key in the receipt # and just talk to a rep.

Good luck!
