Up until now, I-129F, I-485, and I-751 there has been a large amount of supporting documents to verify/prove the relationship. It appears that the N-400 is not that difficult is that true?

I don't have an attorney, I am m not in the military, no back taxes, name change, or legal issues.

All I need is the three things everyone must do 1) front and back of green card; 2) color photo with a number on the back (what is this used for if the photo during biometric is for the certificate); 3) check for payment and the following?

Copy of my passport to prove im a US citizen

Our marriage certificate showing we are married

My divorce decree showing previous marriage is legally ended and

3 years of IRS tax transcripts

That is everything that is needed for this ? There is nothing else I need to compile and send?

hi

no, not that simple

if you are applying based on the 3 year rule, once again at the interview you will need to prove that your marriage is bona fide with co mingling of finances en evidence of having things both in you name

some send some things with the N400 and the rest at the interview
