Whats the hold up? IR2

So 1/04/2016 the IV payment of $325 was tooken out of our bank i received a receipt and on the website it shows paid. So yesterday i called to get a status update and the lady says they are still waiting for the IV payment of $325. I explained to her the payment has been paid and i have a receipt. She refused to look into this further and would not get a superviser on the phone and told me to send a copy of my bank statement?????. I got the email sent with receipt and bank statment and decided to call back and talked with someone else. The next lady was looking into this and it shows paid on one end but not updating in there system. She said she was forwarding this to a supervisor. Mind you i called last friday about this and it was the same thing. What should i do next?

you do know you can use the AOS coversheet to send off yer IV Docs, right ? Not need to wait on the IV Coversheet to be generated at the portal.

What exactly is it you are waiting for? The DS-260 to open up or what? Confused what you are waiting for.

Hopefully you have already sent AOS and IV packages way back when you paid your AOS fee.

Everything has been sent and ds260 is complete the iv payment is not showing up in there system
