Hello,

Can somebody provide any clarification for this part? I have two adult children (29 and 24) from my first marriage. My current wife and I have a 2 year old child. On part 10 question 1F it says to list current stepchildren and 1C children under 18 or over. Do they really want me to list the two adult children from my previous marriage?

Second question--I have my divorce decree that I submitted with our original request for visa 3-4 years ago and I want to make sure that the copy is fine to send with the N-400 or do I need to request a certified copy?

Thank you

First, list all your children regardless their age, their marial status, your biological child, stepchild, or adopted child.

Second, submit a copy is OK. Bring the original or certified copy to the interview.
