We received a yellow RFE on Friday evening about how the Missouri office wants "evidence of lawful admission or parole into the United States...such evidence includes a copy of the nonimmigrant visa page of your passport showing admission to the United States."

My husband and I submitted all copies of the family B1-B2 visa since I was a small child when I last entered in 1992 at the time and all the admission stamps on the family visa, my passport when I last entered and my current passport.

Originally, everything was mailed to the Chicago lockbox and now Missouri has it. Did Missouri lose our documents?

By the time we received the RFE it was late afternoon past their customer service hours. My USC husband is upset because he doesn't like the accusations of his wife making an unlawful entry when there's evidence there was a lawful entry and all evidence was submitted in clear color copies and notarized translations.

We went in for our biometrics on Thursday and I have another biometrics scheduled for the I-765 in two weeks.

Did anyone else go through this with the Missouri office?

Did anyone else have to pay them more money and submit extra forms in what lawyers say it's a straightforward case with plenty of merit?

No more money is involved except for the cost of copying and mailing. It is sad but things do get misplaced or lost during the process. Just copy what you have showing you legally entered and mail it back to them with the bar-coded cover sheet they sent with the RFE.
