NEED HELP FOR CIVIL SURGEONS

I received today an RFE to submit a properly completed and signed Form I-693 and vaccination supplement. I entered in the U.S. as K-1 so the result of my complete medical exam was in the VISA packet that i have submitted when I entered the country. What I had only was a copy of my vaccination supplement. I had a lack of dose for Tetanus vaccine before in applying for my AOS, so I got it from one of the health department in here and I have submitted that vaccination supplement altogehter in my AOS application.

Anyone who had a similar case with me could PLEASE help or tell me where could I find a Civil Surgeon within Indiana and Michigan that can fill-up and sign the form I-693 and vaccination supplement without letting me undergo a complete medical exam again, as it was very expensive, and aside, I just got it only last June 2006. One time, when i was looking for Tetanus vaccine, I called up to one of the Civil Surgeon and he will not give me a vaccine unless I will not undergo a complete medical exam and the cost is more the a thousands $$$$. I will appreciate so much any help, please....

06-10-2006 - entered in U.S.

11-06-2006 - sent AOS in Chicago

11-16-2006 - received my Receipt Number

11-22-2006 - received Biometric Notice

12-02-2006 - Biometric taken

12-08-2006 - received Transfer Notice to CSC

03-09-2007 - received RFE

My wife's cost $115. She went to one of the one listed by the USCIS that does mostly exams for these types of things. Something is definitely wrong. If you called up someone on the Government list and they told you that, get a quote in writing on their stationary and get it to the USCIS. Call some others up from the list.

Yes, I tried to get for the list of Civil Surgeons, in the USCIS website, which is near in my place. I will try to call this coming weekdays and hope I could find one who is nice that can facilitate what I need for my RFE. As my AOS problem cause me sometimes to have a sleepless nights. Indeed, it's really a difficult journey.
